Peggy Bol is licensed in property and casualty insurance. Peggy has been with the Custer Agency for eighteen years and is the Office Manager of the Zeeland Office. Peggy is an expert in all aspects of MEEMIC and also specializes in questions about billing. Peggy and her husband Dale live in Hamilton and have two sons.

Darlene Buckley works as a Customer Service Representative specializing in serving our MEEMIC customers. Dar and her husband Rick live in Holland and have three children. Dar has worked at our agency since 2004.

Mel Dykstra is licensed in property and casualty insurance. Mel specializes in sales and service of MEEMIC, Progressive, and Safeco policies. Mel and her husband Tim live in Hamilton and have two children. Mel has been with our agency since 2001.

Lynn Hillicoss is licensed in property and casualty insurance. Lynn specializes in sales and service of MEEMIC, Progressive, and Safeco policies. Lynn currently serves as the full time Office Manager of our new branch office in Muskegon. Lynn and her husband Rikk live in Holland and have two children. Lynn has been with our agency since 2002.

Larry Custer was a guidance counselor for 36 years. Larry founded the Custer Agency in 1986 and still works at the agency during the mornings each day of the week. Larry is licensed in property and casualty insurance and loves to talk with policyholders about their auto and home coverages and questions. Larry earned both his BA and Master Degrees at Western Michigan University. Larry and his wife Ruth live in Holland and have three children and eight grandchildren.

Diane Lohman is licensed in property and casualty insurance. Diane specializes in sales and service of MEEMIC, Progressive, and Safeco policies. Diane and her husband Ray live in Hamilton and have two children. Diane has worked for the Custer Agency since 2003.

Pat Reuschel works as a Customer Service Representative specializing in serving our MEEMIC customers. Pat and her husband Mark live in Overisel and have three children and five grandchildren. Pat has worked for the Custer Agency since 2000.

Jo and her husband Don live in Zeeland and have three children and ten grandchildren. Jolene has worked for the Custer Agency since 2004.

Tim Custer is the owner of the Agency and is licensed in both property and casualty and life and health insurance. Tim is a graduate of Hope College and also has Masters Degrees in Theology from Western Theological Seminary and in Business Management from Aquinas College. Tim and his wife Karen live in Zeeland and have three children. Tim started as a MEEMIC Agent in 1998.
